Hello! My name is Dumitru Iuzic.
I was born in the Republic of Moldova in 1991 and have been living in Portugal since 2007.
During these 13 years in Portugal I studied, I worked as an IT professional during the week and as a waiter on weekends. I attended the ENIDH from 2013 to 2016 where I obtained my Degree in Piloting and then worked on cruise ships, initially as a practitioner and then as a navigation officer.
In February 2019 I embraced this new project that is the Real Estate Market and Loved it from the beginning. I wouldn't say it's easy, in Portugal it's not at all, but somehow they start noticing you and people start trusting you, working with you, investing with you and that's very rewarding.
I Portuguese, Romanian (Moldovan), English and Russian, languages that are very useful in the day to day and I am sure they will bring even more contacts and international partnerships.
My main concern is and always will be the motivation of the client, because I work with and for the client and not for their heritage. I want to win one more friend, a possible future reference, not just a one-off commission.
