Built inside the garage, but accessible from an external entrance, there is the thermal power plant, with the latest generation condensing boiler for the production of domestic hot water and for heating. This is completed by a tank for the storage of about 300l of hot water for sanitary use and the systems connected to the 2 solar panels recessed on the roof, for the production of domestic hot water. There is also the predisposition for a possible connection for solar panels for photovoltaic use for the production of electricity. The property is also equipped with air conditioning and two tanks for storing water. The production of hot water is possible in three ways, with boiler, with solar panels or with thermo fireplace. The electrical system in its external part is fully automated, that is also accessible remotely via a web server. The property has a video surveillance system, also accessible remotely, with 4 cameras and a platform which is able to install up to 8 cameras.
