An elegant town house (201 m²) is located in the center of Ptuj, i.e. in Jadranska street. It was built at the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries and rebuilt in the twentieth.
The extraordinary location allows it to have many business opportunities, the house used to be the famous and successful Antonius restaurant, and also offers to be converted into an office residential building, as it has been most often throughout history. The house is divided into two floors, ground floor and first floor. The double entrance to the house is arranged from the street. On the ground floor immediately behind the neat vestibule there is a larger, arched business space, which continues into several smaller rooms, a kitchen and well-maintained toilets. Stairs lead to the first floor, from which we pass to the gallery, where several tables are currently located. Then I enter the first floor of the house, where there used to be a three-room apartment, with bathroom, kitchen, large living room and two rooms. The windows of the apartment face the main street. The attic is walkable and it is possible to build a high attic apartment.
The house was completely renovated twenty years ago, on the ground floor everything is thus prepared for the restaurant, which continues on the first floor. Ceramics are laid on the floor, a central one is made throughout the house, which is connected to the gas. The windows, doors are wooden, because the house is a monument of local importance, that is, profane architectural heritage, like all houses in the old part of the city of Ptuj.
Due to its exceptional location, the house is suitable for all business activities or as an excellent investment.
