On the outskirts of the old town, still in the center of Ljutomer, the capital of Prlekija, we sell an architectural lady, built at the end of the 19th century, more precisely in 1890, who, with a few intermediate renovations, saw her present appearance in 2014 with its current owner. It is located right next to the public road, on a fully fenced building land, with a total area of 2,883 m2, which offers privacy in an enclosed courtyard, partly settled terrain, partly lawn arranged into terraces, with a water catchment area forming a smaller pond, a shelter for ducklings, and under the top on the terrace on a bench you can enjoy peace and views around the surroundings.
